This class will teach your child the basics of using a sewing machine and sewing tools. Children will complete several sewing projects with many choices of fabric and ways to customize each to match their own creative flair.

Advanced Kettlebell- Recommended for someone who has taken at least one KB class with Lindsay. This class uses more advanced movements with kettlebells. Proper KB technique will be used along with other fitness equipment. Participants will be encouraged to continue to increase KB weight as we go through the session.
